These people are the most genuine and loving people I have ever met. And I'm talking about both the staff and the patients. My sister-in-law spent her last years there and I can tell you that one visit to these wonderful people can do a heart more good than any number of homilies they get from a pulpit.

Do you know what my sister-in-law's friend wants for Christmas? And orange. His whole Christmas would be abundance to him, for the cost of an orange. And I'm sure a hug or two would be icing on the cake.
