I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a caregiver or resident complains, and are never willing to resolve the problem. They answer questions to what they think you want to hear. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Almost every time I've called they don't even answer. There are things going on here that admin. knows about and does nothing to correct. Ex. aides leaving during their shift and returning to clock out at the end, especially on weekends. The food is tasteless and limited. They give oranges and apples for snacks, but don't peel or offer to peel them. Most residents can't do this, so mainly the snacks are eaten by the staff. Activities here are limited most days. Their A unit (Alzheimer's) is actually a lock down unit with residents that are a flight risk and mental/behavior problems. Many fights have happened there. It is very short staffed all around the building. They are now under investigation by the state and have been fined and denied payment from Medicare/Medicaid for any new residents with the threat of their license being pulled.

My aunt was admitted and was not seen by management for three full days. No paper work was provided, nor did my aunt know what was going on. I tried to help, but was unable to find anyone in management who would come and talk with her. When management managed to show up, all she did was blame the owners for making her work load too much to handle.
