They didn't tell me anything about my treatment They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
