I can offer you over 25 years experience in the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and ultimate rehabilitation of chronic pain ranging from common to complex problems as neck and back pain due to herniated discs, failed spine surgery and/or injured "facet" joints; to reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD), occipital neuralgia, herpes zoster (shingles), cancer pain and fibromyalgia. I graduated from Columbia University, Medical School in NYC & trained in Anesthesiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where I also was on the teaching faculty.

Went to this doctor (Dr. Kenneth Zahl) before I was properly diagnosed for my chronic back pain. Had to pay $200 for a visit and was told I would have to pay the same every month for my refills. Not long after I balked at having to pay for an office visit every time I needed a refill I was sent a letter stating that I was dismissed from the practice because I tested positive for heroin? I have never taken street drugs in my life!

I subsequently learned that he is a pill pusher and has had his license to practice medicine revoked in another state, possibly more.
