I have 25 years experience providing counseling to individuals and couples who want to change their lives and relationships.

With experience and training in several schools of therapy, I focus my skills on your needs and concerns to help facilitate positive and lasting changes in your life. Good therapy allows you to change your negative or unproductive thoughts and habits into new and more beneficial attitudes and actions. We will look at ways that your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affect your life and examine how you might choose to alter them for the better.
