the wait time was very long, but the staff apologized. something happened earlier that threw them off schedule. once in, the dental hygienist was very nice. dr. jay came in and was equally pleasant. the only knock(s) i could ding them with is that i was trying to get my son in for some fillings before the school year started and they could not accommodate my request. also i found it odd that you have to pay 1/2 of the estimated treatment plan for the next visit the same day the appt. was made, even if the next appointment is a month away. that is odd!
