He has been involved with Anderson & Ball State University Athletic Training Student Interns while in the pursuit of their understanding Chiropractic as an alternative. They learn the process of NeuroBiomechanical correction from the Chiropractic perspective which expands their ability to assist future student athletes that they may come across.

During rehabilitation following a severe arm injury, Dr. Todd injured his back which led him to the career path of Chiropractic. He has been the Clinical Director of Pendleton Chiropractic Centre, P.C. since 1997 and recently opened a Fishers office.
