My son has been having ongoing issues that have not been able to be diagnosed and needed the advice of a specialist. So, we were referred to Dr. Lotenfoe. From the moment the doctor walked into the room, he had an arrogant and sarcastic attitude towards my son and I. He was very rude and condescending towards my son. He was not compassionate to his situation. He has a horrible bedside manner about him. He said some inappropriate and uncalled-for statements towards my son. The doctor became upset when my son asked him to do another examination as the doctor did not feel where the abnormality was located and was felt to be an non thorough examination. I am in complete shock and disbelief at the way we were treated. I will complain to the main office of Cypress Medical Care, the State of Florida and the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. Terrible bedside manner by the Dr. I had to initiate any conversation. Office staff rude, and error prone. Be Careful!!
