About Diane Annunziata, PhD.

I am a New York State licensed psychologist who earned her Doctorate of Psychology in 2002. Currently, I work as a psychologist and focus on early intervention for children and families. Additionally, I see adolescents and adults in my private practice. In conjunction with my daily work, I partner with local hospitals and schools. Further, I have offered educational presentations to groups on parenting and social skills development for those interested in caregiving and providing support to children with developmental delays. I have also been monitoring programs to address improved communication, social, and behavioral development with these children and adolescents. I have worked for over ten years with children and families who may be experiencing developmental delays. In particular, I have substantial expertise on the autism spectrum. In conjunction with my private practice, I have held faculty positions with Manhattanville College, S.U.N.Y. at Purchase, and Westchester Community College where I taught undergraduate psychology courses. For the Psychological Corporation, I worked as a psychometrician. My professional affiliations include membership in the New York State Psychological Association and the Interdisciplinary Council on Communication and Learning Disorders.
