The front desk staff is rude! They will charge you even if your insurance covers it saying that they will reimburse you after they receive payment from your insurance. That's a lie. Now they won't return my calls!

I am a medicare patient. I was told I had to pay the entire amount before the exam. $165.00. I was also told Medicare would reimburse me directly. I have been waiting 7 months and counting for the Doctor to reimburse me the $91.00 that he owes me. I have spoken with Cindy and she will not send the refund and has a new story every time I call her. Medicare has done all they can for me. Just waiting for my reimbursement from the Doctor. Beware if you are a Medicare Patient. They do not tell Medicare that you have paid when they file the claim and I guess are holding the money for the business. 7 months is a long time to wait for your money. Thank you for the opportunity to warn others.

their top priority.
