Their office was very quietest and peaceful. I was able to relax very easily. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits They make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They never suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always considerate and professional. They stay so booked, however, that the time I've had with Dr. Berger in my appointments have seemed rushed.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited.
