Dr. Bong is extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. She incorporated this into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms. She made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions that I need answered. Dr. Bong and staff always dresses so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made sure that their license was prominently displayed. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It's pretty impressive how personalized the care is at this clinic. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
