From the time I walked into the door and interacted with the receptionist (claudia) who was extremely rude. I have been in the healthcare field for over 10 years and it doesn't take that long to make a copy of anything and to break a smile and be polite to people. Not sure if she was having a bad day or maybe that's just the way she is. I waited almost 45 minutes before I was seen. Saw the doctor and he was not friendly nor personable. It felt more like he was trying to rush through the appointment and I felt very uneasy after he left the room. Matter of fact I felt extremely angry at the first time experience I received. The worse thing is that this doctor was recommended by another doctor. Once I got back to the front desk to get my DL and insurance card since it took her about 2 hours to make a copy. She didn't even apologized. I didn't bother making a follow up appointment to such an unprofessional place. I will never go there again and I am currently looking for a new doctor whom I want to feel like I am getting the proper treatment and good experience every time I see my doctor. I wouldn't recommend going there nor getting your treatment there.

Myself and wife have been patients of Dr. Juarbe for over 10 years. He and his staff have been very good to me/us over the years. They ask how you're doing, listen to your concerns, pay close attention, are accommodating and answer questions. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Brenda is very good at what she does, takes care of things and greets with a smile. I will continue to go there.
