I am passionate about two things: 1. Intuitive Eating and helping people heal a poor relationship with food, and 2. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Clients who benefit from seeing me are fed up with dieting and are looking for help in learning how to eat normally without a diet. Trusting hunger and fullness can be difficult for many people to do. My job is to provide a supportive environment for the trust in hunger/fullness to grow.
