If the visit to this clinic strictly involved evaluation and discussion with Dr. Hong, I'd give it a 5 star rating. Yes this dr is thorough, knowledgeable, engaged and willing to spend more than 5 minutes with a patient. That being said, the office fails to notify new patients that the average wait time just to see him is over an hour and to plan to be at the clinic for at least two hours. When I made my concerns known to the staff, I was shamed and told, if you want short visits then go somewhere else. What I wanted was to be informed, so I could plan accordingly, this process shows no respect for the patient's time or the fact that they could be working and accountable to an employer. Afterwards, there was no discharge information provided even though I asked the staff and 'checked out'. Two weeks later I'm still calling, have no insight as to whether anyone has contacted my insurance or next steps and no return call from the office manager.

Dr. Hong is extraordinary. He is an expert in his field and so is his staff. I received quality care and feel very confident with the way my eyes look. The surgery improved my self-esteem. I can't thank him and his staff enough.
