I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
My child was given a shot that he did not need. They later told me that since he had the first dose then the second dose was required. You were never able to see just one doctor. It was whom ever was available. The doctor who was suppose to be the main doctor ( Dr Prieto), who we initially came in to see does not even work at this location. My last straw was when the rude receptionist told me that unless I sign a statement giving anyone in the state permission to view my son's shot records that he could not take shots there anymore. She just did'nt know that she was doing me a favor. I would not even take my dog to this office.
