He does not give his patient's the rota-virus vaccine at 2, 4, and 6 months as recommended by the CDC. My child did not receive the vaccine then got rota-virus at less than a year old. My child was very sick with vomiting and diarrhea 13 times in 24 hours. I called 3 days in a row and Dr. Gianvecchio refused to see my child. I was told to take my child to the ER if I thought the baby was dehydrated. I had to take my child elsewhere to receive the care and support needed, thankfully no hospitalization was needed.
Please vaccinate your children with all the CDC recommended vaccines. This was an awful experience not only for my child, but our whole family.
We have also talked to other families who have had similar experiences with this physician, and their children have been hospitalized due to the virus.

I appreciate that they've never over-treated my Niether of my boys( 6 months and 4). My children absolutely loves Christopher Gianvecchio, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They did they answer all of my questions.
