Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love how friendly and welcoming they are here. They always go out of their way to make me feel right at home and comfortable.
