I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
