Dr. Adam Wilson was without a doubt the least professional, most arrogant doctor I have ever met. He was just awful. I felt belittled and very uncomfortable, and I am still shaking just writing this review. He told me that I was making up my ear pain and headaches because I passed the hearing test and had no visible problems, when a later trip to a dentist showed I had massive dental problems from a misaligned bite that was referring pain to my ears and causing the headaches. It nows seems a really obvious thing for him to have considered had he given any thought to helping me. Perhaps he was just having a very bad day? Several times I asked him to please help me understand other possible causes for the pain, and every time he just said that I was making it up and he would not help me. He was so mean and I was in so much pain that I started to cry, and then he told me that I must suffer from depression since I was crying, and that is the reason I am making up ear pain. Who makes up ear pain? And what would that have to do with depression? None of it made any sense. I am so grateful I thought to visit a dentist next and found the explanation for my pain, even if it means a lot of orthodontic work ahead.
I really hope that this review can help prevent other women from a similar experience. This is the first negative review I have ever left, but I feel so strongly that I need to share my experience. In recounting the visit with my husband, I almost couldn't believe it had all actually happened. Do not visit Dr. Wilson!

I do plan on recommending them to my friends and acquaintances. If anyone I know is in need of a good ENT doctor, I will direct them here. They are willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I have not worried about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I was relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition. I know that I'm under the care of a qualified doctor. They able to provide everything they promised me.
