This is a posterior/retina only practice. We forewarn everyone that they need to expect a two + hour period for the the initial exam. This is from the time they arrive at the office, are checked in, dilated, the exam, testing and an explanation of what the problem is and plan of action. Emergencies take priority and can totally destroy the plan of the day.
