I saw Dr. Ritter in 2013 and he rated my PPD from the wrong book. Stating he was unaware of what book the dept. was using. Sounds to me like he has been in L&I's back pocket.

Not at all. They ignored my questions

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

A little, but it was bearable
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
