Friendly and intelligent doctor!

While Dr. Greene is a very understanding, calm and gracious doctor, the very minor surgery that I underwent turned out to be a complete disaster. I asked plenty of questions at my consultation as I was nervous about it and he was quick to assure me that he did these surgery's all the time and it was no big deal. Here I am, 5 months later at the rightful age of 24 and I'm still applying scar creme twice a day to try to get rid of the huge scar on my back from a dehisced wound. I had a huge hole in my back for about a month and had to go back to the office for 2 extra appointments as I was concerned that my wound was infected (which it was).

All in all, this was my first visit to a Group Health provider and needless to say, I was greatly disappointed in the quality of treatment I received. It's disappointing to know I'll have to live the rest of my life with this very-noticeable scar on my back and be self-concious every time I wear a swimsuit or tank top. Strike 1, 2 and 3 for Group Health...if I ever have to return, I will dread the trip.
