As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They are truly genuine, friendly people. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Besides being treated like an idiot and like I was bothering the doctor with my questions the doctor gave me 15 days of Prednisone for allergy inflammation. I was concerned with side effects and he brushed me off. I now have severe, painful acne all over my chest, back and neck. I called his office this morning to speak with a nurse, the receptionist answered and the nurse did not even have the courtesy to get on the phone and talk to me. She told the receptionist to tell me to go the emergency room. I hung up and called my sister, who is a nurse. She was floored all around. I just left a message for my PCP nurse. I had a friend warn me that Dr. Meakin wasn't very good and his office wasn't very efficient or friendly. I took the chance and now I'm paying for it.
