When I told them I was uncomfortable with my child getting certain vaccinations, they were very understanding, and thoroughly explained to me why every vaccination was important. I appreciated how considerate they were, and I was a lot more comfortable with my child getting those vaccinations after talking with them. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
