I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. They've always been on time for my appointments. I've never had to worry about them showing up late or not showing up at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I felt safe under their care. I didn't doubt their motives at all.
