If I hadn't moved out of state, I would still be seeing Dr. Cozzens. He's very easy to talk to. I've recommended him to friends and family. The office was easy to locate and has plenty of parking. The phone number listed here is wrong--it should be (703) 824-8248.
This office was incredibly un-organized - the appointment making process was difficult and took forever. That would have been fine, if they had not managed to lose my appointment before I could actually get to the office a couple of weeks later. Not only did they lose my appointment - but htey wew completely unapologetic and did not even offer to re-schedule me. I will never even think about using this office/practice again. Un professional at the best
I felt like the advice they were giving me was very biased. It didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. It really bothers me that every time I visit them, I have to re-explain why I'm there and my situation, because they never remember. It makes me feel like they don't listen to me while I'm there. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.
