I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected him. My only complaint was with the woman at the front desk. She was rude to the patients and very condesending. If he and the rest of the staff hadn't been so wonderful I would have been looking else where for help. She made me VERY upset and struggled to hold my tongue. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
