They addressed my concerns, and are available if I think of additional questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are compassionate and professional! All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I have NO, had!! a rare cancer and being one of the few Sarcoma patients seen by the GYN/ONC dept, at MCV, I found it difficult to believe I was cancer free with a recent surgery in 2012 performed by Dr. Boardman. I 'had' to go to a Sarcoma Center for peace of mind to know for sure. The doctors at Johns Hopkins had nothing but praise for the care and extra measures taken in surgery by Dr. Boardman to ensure I was indeed cancer free. I was already in the best of care with her and I am so thankful she is my doctor. Dr. Boardman rocks!! I am cancer free. * * * * * 5 Stars all the way and back

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
