Dr. Williams was knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me. I felt she listened and was genuine and a person who really seems to like being a doctor even though she has been at it for 30+years. If I had one small negative, it would be the office. It was sanitary but it did not seem orderly. Maybe that is because it is in a an old building and Dr. Williams isn't one to keep up with current HGTV standards. Unfortunately some of you might be put off by that. Honestly, I was too a little at first. I'm glad I waited and was seen by Dr. Williams because I definitely would have missed out if I had gone to another doc. Dr. Williams herself is a 5!!!
