As for Kathryn, She is a very professional woman who is very bright. She also is the Head at the Richmond Veterans Hospitals Neurology department. I think she is over loaded to be honest, and handles easy cases with the greatest of ease. When it comes to a member of her team honestly lying to a patient as well as a personal vendetta and attacking that patients right to fair treatment, she could care less and will gladly leave you, 6 months after surgery, in twice as much pain before the surgery, and make it clear that you will either see a nurse who, and I have a witness, told me she was a DOCTOR and then did everything she could to sabotage my treatment, or not be seen at all. So here I sit, a Disabled Veteran, in severe pain on not just a daily basis, but a every second of the day chronic severe pain patient who Kathryn could care less. Even though the surgery that they had to talk me into as there was, and they stretched from 20% to a 40% chance of success in trying to get me to go on with it. Finally I did. I had a great Doctor under Kathryn. Sadly 3 weeks after the surgery, and she even has it charted that it did not go as planned. A 3 to 4 hour surgery turned into a 8 hour major back operation. And I suffer daily. So, no, Kathryn has never actually treated me. But I have meet with her several times, she is a cold person who only cares about the power she demands. Her patients are only a hurdle to be pawned off and forgotten so she herself can get rich quicker. Don't waste your money.....

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
