I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
