Most thorough doctor I have been to hands down. Office staff were very nice and professional. I felt completely confident after my visit. Dr. Louka explained everything to me so that I had a good understanding and he had a very friendly and reassuring bedside manner. I would recommend him highly!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The other part that makes this place worst is that you can call them from days and get no answer. They have a number for emergancy but i dont think making an appt is an emerg. They dont do remindars from appts, if you call u will probably get the fax or their recorded message and their answer to that is we are just busy. I wonder how busy they would be if they didnt have anymore clients! I love the dr he is very helpful but its too much to get an appt there i dont think its worth it. I would NOT recommend this place and i'm sure if you call you'll see excatly what i'm talking about!!!
