They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. DR. SCHARPF is the only dr. that my husband and i have had for general care for years and i can't imagine not having her to call or visit when i need her. during my husband david's bout with terminal cancer she was there every time we needed her not only with medical help, but with moral support, and she is definately the best listener ever. my children also think she is the best!

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
