I wouldn't trust her if she were the last Doctor on earth. She has zero integrity and even lower morals.
She let her own father live in despicable living conditions miles away, mold, dirt, run down home with rats in his attic, refused to pay for his lawn care or clean his home herself. Then she sued him and used an old revoked power of attorney to steal his property and worse created a trust to steal his money and all his investments then filed papers in court to say he was incompetent without telling the Judge she had created that trust just the day before.
Her own mother was in a nursing home for last several years of her life with a neaurological disease but that didn't stop DR. JANICE RAGLAND from financially exploiting her too in fact she didn't visit or help care for her own mother except to to get her signature on a Trust she set up that benefited her and her daughter. Virtually cutting her own father off. That's just evil. This is all public knowledge. She sued her father in Virginia Beach, VA, March, 2010 courtdate. All over his money and because he had revoked her POA and cut her out for her deceitful behavior and tried to protect himself from her.
