Dr Skiles doesn't like having his medical judgment questioned and gets mad when questioned about potential medical mistakes. You either use the sub standard hospital he practices at (Winchester Medical Center) or he'll tell you to find another Cardio Dr. If you're on Medicare expect second rate care.
