Good guy, great doctor, no complaints!

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't believe how inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said I had to wait for a while. They knew I needed help. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. I am pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette and overall care.
