This office is unprofessional. When my appointment was close to 30 minutes late and I spoke to the office manager I was told they expect to be fifteen minutes behind. Why be on time? They already expect you to sit and wait for them for fifteen minutes. My appointment never occurred...I left very frustrated.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
