They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort.
