Their staff is a friendly, welcoming, professional staff and make the whole experience better. They never cancel their appointments last minute here and I can always count on them to be there for scheduled appointments. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in every time and it was nice to be acknowledged. They always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk up to the receptionist, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are thoughtful and friendly and Dr. Reese is the best dermatologist in the area. Dr. Reese personally called with results of each biopsy for suspected skin cancer and when biopsy was positive for skin cancer, he scheduled necessary surgery within a few days. He also called the next day after surgery telling me the results of the biopsy of adjacent, non-cancerous cells removed in the surgery and has always cut out all cancerous cells.
