The major problems I had were that I had to call to get the real info I needed before my balloon sinoplasty. They didn't even tell me I needed someone to drive me home but luckily I called a few times until I got the info after being on hold a long time a few times. Afterwards, I was sat in a room to recover briefly, but had to listen to the most disgusting music I have ever heard! Horrible words during whole songs, song after song talking about very nasty stuff. I couldn't believe it where many kids are here waiting with parents. I couldn't stand to hear another minute of it, but the doctor just came in and ignored what I said and talked about how things went fine. When he went out they just turned down our speaker. Wow. Then I didn't get very clear instructions on when to start using the nasal spray which is scary to start doing the same day and the office is already closed so I can't ask questions. :( Not the best experience in this way.
