Actually, the contact was by telephone with Linda Green of their Medical Records. She did an outstanding job -- and told me that Dr. Apurva Thedki would be the doctor to handle a follow-up for my daughter, who had last seen Dr. Newton J. Coker (who is now retired). Ms. Green was marvelously helpful and professional, representing the best in customer service possible. Thank you, Texas Ear Nose & Throat. -- sincerely -- mother of Mary Dorothea Martin (now married with the last name Bartels, birthdate 5-13-64).
