I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Whenever I go in for my appointment, I have to tell them over and over again who I am and what my condition is. They should remember me by now after how many times I've been there. Rio grande urology ,Remcon cir, El paso,tx Staff is vary rude, not respecting patient or parents of pediatric patient. They just care about how to get reimbursement from patient insurance, instead of taking care of patient for service they are getting paid from patient insurance. waiting time not less than 3 hours, it seems to me discrimination going on at Rio grand urology, patient who comes after you, going first before you, I notice today 7 patient called in before me eventhough they came after us. And they are telling us they are not taking patient who comes 15 minutes late from their appointment time. I was waiting for almost 2 hours. I came back without seeing my son to doctor, I never ever wants to go back to that clinic of Dr G Alfonso Latiff
