I'll give this doctor from the Philippines credit for being willing to cut out hemorrhoids. And I guess $600 to do that is reasonable--I guess--I didn't have insurance. The lady that is his office assistant has a horrible attitude. Her ONLY concern is how fast and how much money they will be paid. Dr. Lagon also lost his long time assistant for office visits, and so this same office assistant is the one who helps him with the hemorrhoid removal, and she is useless--except when it comes to collecting the money.

This doctor removed what I thought was a hemorrhoid from my rectum, and now I question if it even was a hemorrhoid or not. I insisted on seeing it, and it didn't have that deep dark color to it that a hemorrhoid has. It also was a stringy and fatty piece of tissue that seemed to come from a long cut. Anyway, the cut that Lagon made has never closed or healed because it was just simply too long of a knife cut. I've been in mild pain for most of the past 3 years since he did the removal. I still have a hemorrhoid that he refused to remove for some reason even though I identified it and he acknowledged it was there.

I would avoid this guy. He may have his better moments, but his office assistant has way too much influence over him. This guy is just playing around in there. He isn't professional, and the money is the only thing that matters to him/them.
