Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I know that I can always count on them, even in an emergency. They always take my call right away and are eager to help me. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Dr. O'Farrell is very compassionate. He is very good at explaining everything and calming any fears. I was very nervous about my upcoming surgery. He went over my problem and told me step by step what to expect once I got to the hospital. He truly cares about his patients.
