I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
