I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. My child absolutely loves John Fitch Jr, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. The nurses are awesome!
