This office closed rather abruptly. Took my child for her 4 yr appt. And no one was there, no cancellation notice, no email, no phone call, no nothing. I am,now left with 3 kids that have no shot records and I have no way of getting them. Theres a message that says to have my new pedi send a fax. Ive done that, and have also had a request sent from the health dept and from,myself personally. I have a child in school that has had to start the entire vaccination process completely over again just to stay in school. Absolutely ridiculous, shes left but a fax number to get my childs medical records.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
