I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. My child was sick for three weeks and after playing around with them trying to get to the bottom of what what going on with my child I went else where, even though my child saw the Dr. scince a baby. I felt let down by them. My mother told me I need a new dr and I defended them untill this. The lots a loyal patient.

I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had.
