I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. My child was sick for three weeks and after playing around with them trying to get to the bottom of what what going on with my child I went else where, even though my child saw the Dr. scince a baby. I felt let down by them. My mother told me I need a new dr and I defended them untill this. The lots a loyal patient.
