Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
